As a Sr. Infrastructure Support Engineer, I provide expert-level support to enterprise customers of Acronis Cyber Infrastructure (ACI) and Disaster Recovery Cloud (ADRC) platforms. I serve as the final escalation point for all Enterprise and Service Provider (MSP) technical cases. We deliver our product to partners in two ways: partner-hosted storage (ACI), in which partners choose their hardware and install our RHEL-based distribution across nodes within their own data center, and Acronis Cloud-hosted storage (ADRC), in which Acronis manages all of the backend infrastructure across a global fleet of Acronis owned and operated data centers. Both platforms are heavily influenced by open-source projects, specifically Ceph's RADOS Gateway and CephFS implementation of the Raft Consensus for cluster-native erasure-coded storage. In short, I coordinate across several departments, including Infrastructure, Research & Development, data center operations, and our partners, as we work together to find and fix bugs, improving the overall experience
